I love Dr. Trent Cole. He is the best!!! We drive further to see him at the Oakdale location due to the cottage Grove location is horrid! Horrible customer service and never answer their phones. No vm either. Love Dr. Cole!!!

Super friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. It was extremely easy to schedule my appointment. When I needed to change my appointment and called back they remembered me and got everything taken care of.

Ever since I was recommended the eye clinic and the one in Woodbury that is associated with the Oakdale eye clinic, I have always been very impressed with the staff and Dr. Cole.

Came in for a new prescription, contact lens fitting, and to get new glasses. Came into contact with 4 different employees during my visit and everybody was extremely kind and helpful. Service was fast and easy. They helped walk me through my new insurance, and were knowledgeable about how it works when I had questions. They also threw in a discount on my frames and contact lenses. Very pleased!

Tamara is amazing!! I went in with broken frames thinking I had to order a replacement and wait a week or two, and I walked out with new frames. Thank you!!!!

The process was quick, informative and thorough. The staff knew their jobs well and made the process seamless. I was able to make a same day new patient appointment and it was no problem. Extremely well executed and great attention to detail. The whole assembly line of service was exceptional.

I was having trouble seeing well with my new prescription and Sedina, Nicole, and Kyle helped me resolve the issue. It had been going on for a while and I was feeling discouraged. Their wonderful care and great service is very much appreciated!
